On April 9, 2019, CSAAC, along with other county providers and non-profits, participated in a hearing with the nine member Montgomery County Council, to let our collective voices be heard in combatting proposed budget cuts. This was a huge turnout by CSAAC staff, family and individuals who are served by CSAAC. The hearing room was filled to its capacity and many had to watch the live feed in the lobby as well as another designated overflow area.
CSAAC gives a BIG heartfelt thank you to everyone that attended showing their support and letting Montgomery County know how imperative this is for the life of CSAAC and other providers.
